Kobyalar Group is a third-generation family company which supplies fish oil and fish meal to all over the world with its shareholders. Fish oil and fish meal are produced with latest and most effective technology to keep and increase quality of the products.
Kobyalar is the world’s leader in DHA rich anchovy fish oil. Kobyalar supplies high quality pure, fresh fish oil and fish meal to 12 countries in the world (2015).
The company is managed by Mehmet Kobya and Ismail Kobya. Mehmet Kobya is married, has three children and one grandson and lives in Trabzon. Ismail Kobya is married, has three children and lives in Trabzon.

HISTORY
- 1940: Business start by Haci Ismail Kobya
- 1968: Start with fishing
- 1990: Foundation of Kopyalar A.S. and two gas stations in Yalova

Akgün Balikcilik group is a family owned and operated fishing company which was founded by Vedat Akgün in 1980. They supply different kinds of fresh fish to Turkey. Recently the group has reached up to 10.000 tons of fish catching capacity per year.
Ergün Kardesler Balikcilik group is a family owned and operated fishing company which was founded by Hüseyin Yılmaz in 1965. They supply different kinds of fresh fish to Turkey. The group has reached 10.000 tons of fish catching capacity per year.
Malkocoglu Balikcilik group is a family owned and operated fishing company which was founded by Atif Malkoc and his brothers in 1970. They supply different kinds of fresh fish to Turkey. The group catches up to 10.000 tons of fish per year.
