Rainbow Trout (Turkish Salmon)

Our Turkish Salmon (Rainbow Trout) is healthy and delicious.

The cool, low-salinity waters of the Black Sea are ideal for farming Turkish Salmon (Rainbow Trout). Compared to other seas in Turkiye, the Black Sea stays cooler throughout the year, with lower salinity due to the abundant rainfall and the large amount of fresh water carried in by its streams.

We ensure optimal nutrition from hatchery to harvest with our own feed production plant and experienced team. Turkish Salmon (Rainbow Trout) are reared in dam lakes between November and May. When they weigh 750-1000g, they are taken into cages in the Black Sea where they spend 6 – 8 months to reach their final growth. Turkish Salmon show exponential growth rates and are harvested when they reach market sizes between 2.5 – 5 kg.
